The Managing Broker must be a natural leader and connector who's primary responsibilities will influencing good people who can best utilize, leverage and grow their business with the amazing business suite and success package available at EXIT Realty Nexus. This is a zero desk fee, zero tech fee company with one of the highest net compensation plans in the industry. This position will be based in Elk River.  

The best candidate for this leadership position will be a proven licensed salesperson, broker or Team Leader in Minnesota.

THE IDEAL PROFILE OF A Managing Broker:

The Managing Broker with the EXIT Realty Nexus business model is a demanding position. In effect; they will literally be the Director of the Company's Personalities. They should be people-focused, synergistic and an influential. They must know and have a proven history of a successful real estate sales business. In addition, they must be passionate about training and learning so they can bring their own A-Game to the floor.


They must be a natural leader and influential. The teaching and training of each candidate will the responsibility of Frank D'Angelo (Broker of the Year 2014 with EXIT Realty Corp. Int'l). Behaviorally from the DISC Personality Profiles, they are a high "D" and high "I" -- they get things done and they do it with a people-minded finesse. Their "S" profile should be low which means they are responsive and quick on their feet. Also, they are likely to have a mid-range to low "C" which means they are independent in their actions, but will follow agreed upon systems, standards and expectations. This candidate should also be great at delivering influential presentations.

While they are personally a high-achiever, they get their greatest reward checking in with the people they've influenced into the company and regularly acknowledging their success. They have high financial goals, but understand they will have to do the work and accomplish the results that will lead to the high compensation as well as the long term benefits associated with both retirement and death benefits. They understand that building a business with someone else will put them in a position to have their own equity position in the future.
