With over 10 years’ experience in customer service and sales I have decided to “take my talents” to the exciting world of Real Estate. I am currently learning the ropes and getting invaluable training with the experienced team at EXIT Realty Nexus in the Twin Cities metropolitan area.

When working with Buyers, I take the time to understand exactly what YOU are looking for and formulate a plan that will give us the best chance in finding you the property you always wanted. As a representative of a seller, I know what it takes to get buyers to view YOUR property as the home of THEIR dreams, just as you do, and get that top-dollar offer you were hoping for. 

I am currently working with an Investor who is looking to help Buyers who have been unable to secure “traditional” financing, but are still interested in buying a home. The process, called Contract for Deed, is a great alternative for those who might not be having the luck they expected at the bank. 

How It Works: 

1. I will work with you to find the home you want.

2. You and the Investor will agree on the price you would pay for the home, your down payment amount, your interest rate and the length of the Contract 

3. The Investor will then buy and then finance the house for you.
