Alex Wheaton Biography

Working together we can eliminate any anxiety you may feel about selling or buying a home in this market.  I have been a licensed Realtor since January 2006 and have 12 years experience in the financial services industry.  I understand the importance of communication and because of my experience you can be confident you will understand all sides of the transaction. 

All facets of real estate appeal to me but my specialties include new construction, short sales, investment property and first time home buyers. 

Currently I am:

• A member of the St Paul Area Association of Realtors (SPAAR) and sit on the Government Affairs Committee
• National Association of Realtors (NAR) member
• VP/Treasurer Crown Shores Home Owner’s Association
• VP Fridley BNI Chapter
• Member AuSM Golf Committee

My wife Amy and I are proud parents of two boys and are very involved in school, sports, and community activities.
